Returns and Size Exchange Policy

This policy applies to eligible products purchased directly from www.planetdsg.com and delivered within India.

Request window

Dream Sporting Gear does not offer returns or refunds. You may request a size exchange within 7 calendar days of delivery, . Email orders@planetdsg.com with your order number, product name, current size, requested size, reason for the request, and photographs if requested.

This policy covers size changes only. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for a different product or colour for size, fit, or preference requests.

Size exchange eligibility

The product must be:

• Unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and not used for riding

• In its original, saleable condition, with all tags and security tags intact

• Complete with its original packaging, accessories, inserts, manuals, and other components

• Packed securely to prevent damage during transit

An exchange may be declined if the product is incomplete, used, damaged after delivery, or otherwise fails the warehouse inspection. If declined, we will explain why and arrange delivery of the product back to you; applicable shipping charges may apply.

Products not eligible for size exchange

Size exchanges are not available for:

• T-shirts

• Caps

• Base layers

• Balaclavas

• Opened or used hygiene-sensitive products, including hydration bladders

• Products clearly marked as clearance, sale, or non-exchangeable before purchase

These exclusions do not limit remedies available under applicable law for products confirmed to be damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect. 

Size changes before dispatch

If your order has not been dispatched, email orders@planetdsg.com as soon as possible with your order number and requested size. If that size is in stock, we will update the order without an exchange shipping charge. 

Size exchanges after delivery

We will first check whether the requested size is available for the same product and colour. A different product or colour cannot be exchanged under this policy. If the requested size is unavailable, we will let you know; the exchange will depend on stock availability.

• You are responsible for both shipping legs: the actual charge to collect the product from you, or the courier cost you pay directly if you send it yourself, and the delivery charge for the replacement size. We will disclose any amount payable to DSG before collection; it must be paid before the replacement is dispatched.

• The replacement size will be dispatched only after the original product passes inspection, stock is confirmed, and applicable shipping charges are paid.

Collection and sending the product to us

Where pickup is available, Dream Sporting Gear will arrange collection and may make up to two pickup attempts. Collection is provisional; the exchange is approved only after warehouse inspection.

If pickup is unavailable, we may ask you to send the product using a trackable courier service to the address provided by our team. Please do not send the product until you receive written instructions.

Inspection

We inspect products for condition, use, tags, packaging, accessories, and completeness. We may request additional information where reasonably necessary to assess the exchange request.
