1. Warranty Period

Dream Sporting Gear (DSG) provides a 6-month limited warranty from the original date of purchase on the following products:

• Riding jackets
• Riding pants
• Riding gloves
• Riding apparel

This warranty applies exclusively to manufacturing defects under normal riding conditions.

Proof of purchase is mandatory for all warranty claims. Please retain a copy of the original invoice.

2. What Is Covered – Manufacturing Defects

The warranty covers defects arising from errors in materials or workmanship. Covered components include:

• Stitching failures under normal use
• Zipper malfunction
• Velcro failure or detachment
• TPU components and protective shells
• Hard or plastic components, including buckles, adjusters, sliders, and buttons
• Bonded panels or seam-tape failure
• Protector-pocket defects
• Structural failures not caused by impact

All claims are subject to inspection and approval by the DSG technical team.

3. What Is Not Covered – Exclusions

This warranty does not cover damage caused by impact, wear and tear, misuse, or external factors.

A. General Exclusions

• Products beyond the 6-month warranty period
• Products purchased at a discount or during sale, clearance, or promotional offers
• Damage resulting from crashes, falls, slides, or collisions
• Abrasions, tears, or scuffs caused by riding incidents
• Normal wear and tear from regular use
• Fading caused by sun exposure or ultraviolet damage
• Damage caused by improper washing or cleaning methods
• Damage caused by improper storage, including humidity, moisture, mould, or excessive heat
• Damage caused by incorrect sizing or improper fit
• Alterations or repairs carried out by unauthorised third parties
• Odour, sweat-related deterioration, or fabric softening over time
• Negligence, misuse, or intentional damage
• Graphic or colour fading caused by normal wear and use

DSG Riding Boots — Warranty Policy

1. Warranty Period

Dream Sporting Gear provides a 3-month warranty from the original date of purchase.

This warranty applies exclusively to manufacturing defects.

2. Manufacturing Defects Covered Under Warranty

Manufacturing defects include failures in stitching, bonding, hardware, structural components, or materials that occur because of manufacturing issues and not as a result of impact, wear and tear, improper care, or misuse.

3. Exclusions – Not Covered Under Warranty

This warranty does not cover damage caused by incorrect use, external factors, or natural material behaviour.

A. General Exclusions

• Products beyond the 3-month warranty period
• Damage resulting from crashes, falls, slides, or collisions
• Damage caused by incorrect sizing or improper fit
• Normal wear and tear associated with regular use
• Use of the boots in conditions for which they were not designed
• Damage caused by improper storage, including exposure to humidity, moisture, mould, or excessive heat
• Damage arising from incorrect cleaning or washing procedures
• Intentional damage, misuse, or neglect

B. Cosmetic Exclusions

Please refer to the Graphic Print Note provided with your DSG Boots

• Fading or peeling of printed graphics
• Fading of neon colours caused by sunlight or environmental exposure

Important: Cosmetic changes do not compromise protection and are therefore not covered under warranty.

How to Submit a Warranty Claim

To initiate a warranty claim, follow the steps below.

1. Submit a Claim

Email warranty@planetdsg.com with:

• A copy of the original invoice or other proof of purchase
• Product name
• Clear images of the defect
• A brief explanation of the issue

Claims must be submitted within the applicable warranty period.

2. Assessment

Our technical team will review the submitted images and complaint details.

If required, the product may need to be sent to DSG for physical inspection before final approval.

3. Action Taken

If the issue qualifies as a manufacturing defect under the applicable warranty terms, Dream Sporting Gear (DSG) will, at its sole discretion:

• Repair the product
• Replace the product
• Offer a credit note if the original product is unavailable

4. Approval & Timelines

• Final warranty approval rests solely with Dream Sporting Gear.
• Processing may take up to two weeks, excluding shipping time.

All decisions made after inspection are final.

Important Safety Advisory & Disclaimer

In the event of a crash, fall, slide, or impact, DSG strongly recommends replacing the product, as its protective capability may be permanently compromised.

Accident-related damage is not covered under warranty.

No DSG product can guarantee complete protection or eliminate the risk of injury in all conditions. Protective performance may be affected by:

• Extreme heat or cold
• Prolonged exposure to moisture
• Improper storage
• Incorrect fit or use
• Riding conditions

Regular inspection and proper use are essential to ensure optimal performance and safety.
