Developed after years of research, development and testing, the DSG GP-1 Riding Boot is Dream Sporting Gear’s first-ever performance riding boot. Its ankle-length construction combines protection, ventilation and natural mobility, making it ideal for spirited road riding and everyday urban use.

Constructed from perforated and non-perforated microfibre leather with additional 3D Air Mesh panels, the GP-1 delivers abrasion resistance without compromising airflow. Strategically positioned TPU protection, a replaceable toe slider and a secure medial-entry closure system complete its performance-focused design.

DSG Limited Warranty Policy

Dream Sporting Gear provides a limited warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.

What is covered

The warranty applies to the original purchaser of a genuine DSG product bought from www.planetdsg.com or an authorised DSG dealer. A valid invoice or other acceptable proof of purchase is required. Products bought on sale are not eligible for a warranty claim.

Warranty periods

6 months: riding jackets, pants, gloves, suits, armour and protectors, jerseys, riding accessories and other DSG technical products.
3 months: riding boots

The period begins on the invoice date or, for an online order, the recorded delivery date.

Shipping Policy

Dream Sporting Gear currently ships orders only within India.

Order processing

Orders are generally processed within 2 business days after payment confirmation and any required verification. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

Shipping charges

Available shipping methods and charges, if any, are displayed at checkout before payment. Additional charges may apply only where clearly communicated and accepted.

Estimated delivery

Most orders are delivered within 5–7 working days after dispatch. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by the destination, courier capacity, weather, public holidays, regulatory checks, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Tracking

When tracking is available, the tracking number or link will be sent by email, SMS, or another contact method provided with the order. Tracking may take up to 24 hours after dispatch to update.

Delivery address

Please provide a complete and accurate address, postcode, landmark, and phone number. We cannot guarantee changes after dispatch, and a courier rerouting or re-shipping charge may apply.

Cancellation

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled, but an eligible product may be exchanged under the Returns and Size Exchanges Policy after delivery.

Failed delivery or return to origin

If delivery fails because the address is incomplete or incorrect, the recipient is unavailable after reasonable attempts, or the shipment is refused without a valid product issue, actual re-shipping or return-to-origin charges may apply. We will communicate the available next step.

Damaged, tampered, missing, or incorrect deliveries

If a parcel appears materially damaged or tampered with, note this with the courier where possible. Contact orders@planetdsg.com promptly—preferably within 48 hours of delivery—with the order number, packaging photographs, product photographs, and an unboxing video if available. A later report will still be assessed in accordance with the facts and applicable law.

Returns and size exchanges

Return and size-exchange eligibility, inspection, reverse shipping, charges, deductions, are governed by the Returns and Size Exchanges Policy. A product should not be shipped back without written return or exchange instructions.

Delivery delays

We will make reasonable efforts to help trace a delayed shipment. A delay caused by a courier or event outside our control does not automatically cancel the order; available remedies will depend on the shipment status and applicable law.
